Laundry Payment FAQs

Q: IS THE LAUNDRY MACHINE BROKEN?

A: If your laundry machine isn’t working, we have a live local dispatcher available to help you. Just go to our service request page and let us know!

Q: THE MACHINE STOPPED WORKING AFTER I PAID

A: If a machine malfunctions during use, we’ll make sure to get you your money back. Just complete our service request or call 323-933-8434 to report the loss. 

Q: THE LAUNDRY MACHINE READS E06 WHEN I TRY TO USE MY SMART CARD.

A: You may be removing the card too soon. Try inserting the card again, select the cycle, press start, wait for the beep and remove the card. If that doesn’t work, try checking the balance on the card on another machine. If the error persists, call Dadson for service at 323-933-8434.

Q: I PURCHASED A CODE ONLINE, BUT THE VALUE ISN’T ON MY CARD

A: When you purchase online or from a mobile phone, you will receive a six-digit code. You must take the code number to the Revalue Station to add the value to the card.

Q: DO I HAVE TO REGISTER MY LAUNDRY CARD ONLINE?

A: Only residents with code-only payment systems must register the laundry card online.

Q: THE LAUNDRY MACHINE READS AN ERROR WHEN I TRY TO USE MY SMART CARD.

A: We suggest wiping the microchip with a clean cloth and trying again. Often, dust or dirt gets on the chip, and cleaning it usually does the trick.

Q: STILL HAVING TROUBLE? DADSON HAS A CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF AVAILABLE.

A: Since we are local to the southwest, our customer support can talk or meet with residents in person to talk over problems and concerns or conduct training for machine use.
