Q. How quickly will a service technician respond to my request for repair?

Our policy is to have a technician arrive at your location within 48 hours of your request. Often a repair technician is in your area already and that time can be as little as 1 hour.

Q. When should I expect my commission payment?

Commission checks are normally sent within 2 to 4 weeks of the collection. This allows our staff to verify proper posting of the collection, processing, printing and mailing of the check.

Q. How can I increase the revenue generated from my laundry room?
