Q. How quickly will a service technician respond to my request for repair?

Our policy is to have a technician arrive at your location within 48 hours of your request. If a repair technician is already in your area, they might respond in as little as one hour.

Q. When should I expect my commission payment?

We usually send commission payments within 2 to 4 weeks of collection. This time frame allows our staff to verify proper posting of the collection, processing of direct deposits and printing and mailing of checks.
