Here at Dodge Apartments we have used Dadson Laundry since 2000, when Dadson bought out our previous laundry service. They have always done an excellent job of maintaining,... servicing when broken and replacing when needed both our washer and our dryer. My washer has been broken for awhile. It had some sort of short in it, and would randomly cut off if it was loaded with a lot of clothes. I called for repair awhile back. It too... some time because Cali has been so strict with the covit virus, but the washer repair man eventually make it out and he fixed it within a few hours. Sometimes, I need t wash some work clothes, and instead of needing to always take them home or drop... off at the cleaners, this hidden gem comes in handy. 5 stars for going outside of the way to help!A family friend recommended I contact this company in case I ever needed a new set of washer and dryers at my hotel. When... installation day came, I let the repair man know what was wrong with the old machines and why were bought the new ones. He explained the old one's have been known to breakdown a lot that way due to a design flaw, and he knew how to prevent he. Since I no longer needed the machines, they were going to be discarded. Now that they are fixed, I sold them last week to help recoup on my expense.read more

We have been satisfied customers for over 25 years. The service provided is definitely a step above everyone. Dadson simply cares. Dadson understands that the key to running a successful property management company is tenant satisfaction. We provide a service to our tenants and any interruption of that service causes an inconvenience to them. We recently had an issue with vandalism at a large building with over 45 tenants. We use their services in several of our apartment buildings, a service technician Came out to fix one of the washers that was not working, and immediately he was able to solve the problem, he was polite and gave me a couple of instructions to avoid the problem from reoccurring.

Overall I am very happy with their services from Office staff to service technicians.

We lease with Dadson Washer Service for our Laundry Room at our property and we are very satisfied with the work and equipment they provide. They offer mobile pay and refillable tap cards as payment options which have been perfect during COVID and the national coin shortage.
